Answers

Buying a domain is simpler than it sounds.

Price & Offers

What is the asking price?

The asking price is $30,000, settled through Escrow.com.

Will you consider other offers?

Serious indications of interest are welcome. Include your indicative offer in the inquiry form and it will be reviewed promptly and in confidence.

Who pays the escrow fee?

Escrow fees are agreed as part of the terms. A common arrangement is to split them evenly between buyer and seller.

Process & Transfer

How does the transaction work?

Once terms are agreed, a transaction is opened on Escrow.com. You fund escrow, the domain is transferred to you, and Escrow.com releases payment to the seller only after you confirm you control the domain.

Why use escrow?

Escrow protects both sides. Your money is held by a licensed third party and is not released until the domain is in your account. The seller knows funds are secured before starting the transfer.

How long does it take?

Most transfers are completed within a few days of escrow being funded. Moves between registrars can take up to five to seven days to finalize, depending on the registrar.

Which registrar will the domain be on?

Any registrar you choose. The domain can be pushed to your account at the current registrar or transferred to yours, for example Cloudflare, Namecheap or a corporate registrar such as MarkMonitor or CSC.

What exactly is included?

Full ownership of the domain name SecondaryAdvisory.com. This holding page is not part of the sale. You are free to build your own site and email on the domain once it is transferred.

Confidentiality

Will my inquiry be kept confidential?

Yes. Inquiries are used only to respond to you and progress a transaction. Your identity and offer are not shared with other parties. See the privacy notice for details.

Can I acquire the domain through an intermediary?

Yes. Many firms prefer to buy through counsel or a domain broker so they aren't named during negotiations. That works fine with escrow.

Is this site affiliated with an advisory firm?

No. The domain is privately owned and offered for sale. It is not affiliated with any bank, advisory firm or placement agent, and nothing on this site is investment advice.
